On behalf of Living Legends and the Department of Conservation, we would like to thank Patuharakeke for taking the time to come along on the 18th September and for opening the planting day event for us at the Uretiti campground. We appreciate the involvement Patuharakeke made on the day as well as the support it has given to the Living Legends programme. The work that was begun on the 18th September 2011 will hopefully help to enhance a site that will be enjoyed by future generations of locals and visitors alike.
Many thanks, once again, for your support and if you could extend our thanks to all of those that were able to come down to the site on the day, I would be most grateful.
